Can I use my vintage 1970s turntable (or new Blu-Ray, DVD, or CD player) with zöet?
Absolutely! As long as it still works. zöet has a full compliment of analog inputs so you can use it with the above, your brother's 8-track, your little cousin's MP3 player, or gramps' quarter-inch reel-to-reel. Anything that has regular 2-channel analog outputs can be hooked up to zöet and distributed to any zone in the house.
I'm totally inept when it comes to hooking up electronics. Can I really install zöet without a professional installer?
We prefer technologically challenged out of respect for those with your condition. You certainly can get zöet up and running yourself. It's been designed from the ground up with you in mind. It doesn't have all of the arcane setup menus to struggle through nor does it have the button-farm remote control that you're afraid of. It's really easy. I promise.
Whenever my wife decides to move the furniture around the house, I like to move my speakers into different rooms. Last time I did this, I nearly pulled the wall down trying to get the speaker out of it. She threatened to serve me with papers. Any suggestions?
Yes. Don't agree to anything; see a lawyer. But about the speakers, since all of our speakers are network enabled, you can take them to any room and plug them into your ethernet. Zone and speaker position switches can be changed instantly by turning the switches on the back of each speaker.
I'm a bit of an audio aficionado. Can I really get high fidelity over wireless?
Yes, finally! zöet has solved the synchronization problems common to audio-over-network systems. Hooray!
Can I start with a basic system and then add speakers later?
We hope you will. Adding more zones or more speakers is really as simple as buying more speakers. Setting up new zones and speakers is literally as simple as turning 2 switches and plugging them in.
Can I use the same ethernet network that I use for my internet connection?

Absolutely. Use the wired connections in rooms where you already have ethernet and use wireless for rooms that don't.
Can I have 50 speakers all wirelessly blasting Ride of the Valkyries all over my neighborhood when I pull into the driveway?
No, zöet is limited to 6 wireless speakers because guys like you would actually do such a thing. Please find other ways to annoy your neighbors.

That's fine. zöet speakers have extremely powerful amps (250 watts per speaker, 500 watts for the sub). The speakers are pretty gutsy too. Just protect your hearing, eh?
